Shape, inscribe, repair & supply Granite Headstones

Granite can withstand New Zealand’s weather conditions, standing the test of time. Many modern cemeteries in New Zealand now specify only granite headstones and markers. Imported granite is not only long-lasting, and weather-resistant, it also offers a wide range of inscribing and presentation options including a range of inscribing colours, the option of ceramic glazed photos or artworks and flower areas. We offer a wide range of headstone shapes, just contact us to discuss your unique design. We also have marble statues such as angels, and three-dimensional shapes. Granite also offers a clear inscription.

Memorials & Bronze Plaques

McBrides Monumental Masons also work closely with the Veterans Affairs, cleaning and maintaining war memorials throughout Southland and South Otago. And also create bronze plaques for fallen soldiers. We offer headstone maintenance, cleaning, refurbishment and additions.
